15 Jan God sent us someone to minister during Singapore visit Dec 2024

We went home during Dec 2024.

Was chatting with God “randomly” as I was taking the lift up to a hotel room we were staying in. Was saying to God that I’ve not ministered to someone for some time and I was saying to God “send me someone”.

I entered our room and learnt that “Mrs A” was facing a difficult pregnancy and I knew God sent us this case. God answered my “prayer” immediately!

I also learnt later from wife it’s quite a difficult case.

Next day we happen to have dinner together and at the end of the dinner I went to the toilet and I was sort of chatting with God about this case, along the lines of “what’s next?”

I came out of toilet and everyone was suddenly gone and its left Mrs A, wife and myself. Immediately I knew God opened this window of opportunity. I happened to drive sister’s car and it’s a 5 mins drive to destination. I initiated the topic and the conversation flowed.

In the car we had the opportunity to minister, witness and share about God, about the pregnancy and point the difficulties back to God and the truth. We were about to pray for the pregnancy when Holy Spirit prompted and I led the conversation towards salvation first. By God’s grace we led Mrs A to accept Jesus Christ as her saviour. We re-affirmed and assured her of her salvation. After that wife and myself began to pray for her, the baby and the pregnancy now in the affirmed position as a young believer in Christ.

The days and weeks following, wife continued to journey closely with her, together with Mrs A’s own sister. Eventually they lost the baby but we are now able to assure her that baby is safe with Jesus and as a believer she can be assured to re-unite with baby in heaven.

A short and difficult case but we commit everything into Jesus’ hands. In prayers and supplications we do what we can on earth.
